Get ready for the holidays with our premium Prime Rib, available in several options:

• Sous Vide (15 lbs): Let us do the work, Beresford's will season and sous vide the prime rib - so you just heat and shred.
• Boneless: Easy carving, Choice Grade or above, cut by weight so you can choose the size that you want.
• Bone-In: Available in 3-bone, 4-bone, or 7-bone.
  • First Cut - Typically known as a Standing Rib Roast, the first three bones and approximately 5-7 lbs.
  • Second Cut - The last four bones and approximately 7-9 lbs.
    
• Deboned & Tied:  Let us prep your dinner by deboning the piece and tying the bones back on. You get the flavor and complexity of a bone in cut but when its time to carve you just snip the ties and slice with out having to work around the bones.

• Pick-up any time between October 1st and New Year's Eve.
• Pre-order prices will be charged at the time of pre-order.
• Your remaining balance will be due at pick-up.
• The total price is based on Market Price.
