At Beresford’s, we stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If something isn’t right, we want to know about it — and we’ll make it right.
Because we sell perishable food products, our return policy is a little different than a typical retail store. Please read below for details.
Fresh Meat, Deli & Perishable Items
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on fresh meat, deli items, prepared foods, or other perishable products.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We may offer:

To process a quality concern, we may request:

Shelf-Stable & Retail Items
Unopened, unused, shelf-stable items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for:

Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Online Orders & Meat Boxes
For online orders:
If there is an issue with your order (missing item, incorrect product, quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue.
EBT Purchases
Refunds for EBT transactions must comply with federal guidelines. Approved refunds will be returned to the original EBT account.
Special Orders
Special orders and custom cuts are prepared specifically for you and are non-refundable unless there is a quality concern.
