The turkey breast is roughly 10-12 pounds and comes prepared for the oven. Once you remove the plastic, the turkey is wrapped in foil and can go into a 350 degree oven until the center registers 160 degrees. This will take approximately 6 hours and 30 minutes from frozen, or 4 hours and 40 minutes from defrosted. The bird should rest for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
It is helpful to cook the turkey one or two days before serving, and then store it in the refrigerator and reheat it. To reheat, keep the turkey in the foil and heat it at 350 degrees for 15 minutes per pound or about 2 hours total.
