• Sous Vide: Let us do the work, Beresford's will season and sous vide the chuck roast - so you just heat and shred.
• High Choice (Trimmed & Tied): Ready to roast and perfectly trimmed.
• High Choice (Uncut): Whole tenderloin, ideal for custom cuts.
• Prime (Trimmed & Tied): Top-quality, trimmed and tied for easy prep.
• Prime (Uncut): Allows for the ultimate chef experience, to prep the piece your way and keep all the great butcher cuts. Uncut tenderloins are a lower price than trimmed and tied pieces - expect a 25% decrease in price.

- Pick-up any time between October 1st and New Year's Eve.
- Pre-order prices will be charged at the time of pre-order.
- Your remaining balance will be due at pick-up.
- The total price is based on Market Price.
